📌食用方法Directions for Use

粉末：建议以约100mL左右的温水冲泡(适口温度即可，不宜过热)
Powder:Mix with approximately 100 mL of warm water. Adjust the water temperature to a comfortable drinking temperature. Do not use water that is too hot.

颗粒：建议以耐热玻璃壶(锅)，注入500-600mL的冷水，煮至沸腾后转小火，再放入颗粒包煮20分钟左右，煮好后降温至40~50度的适口温度后，尽快饮用，效果最佳。
Granules:Pour 500–600 mL of cold water into a heat-resistant glass pot or saucepan. Bring the water to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Add the granule sachet and simmer for approximately 20 minutes. After cooking, allow the liquid to cool to a comfortable drinking temperature of approximately 40–50°C. For best results, consume promptly.
